How These Lid Wipes Differ

Naclino wipes are unique because they contain only sterile saline, avoiding soaps, detergents, or antiseptic ingredients that may irritate sensitive eyelid skin.  Naclino wipes website

Blephaclean wipes use a micellar solution designed to dissolve oils and debris from the eyelid margins, making them effective for general lid hygiene, non-demodex blepharitis treatment and makeup removal.  Granted this is a manufacturer study but "Blephaclean® reduced bacteria on the eyelid by 63% after 5 days of twice-daily treatment"

Blephadex wipes contain tea tree oil, which is commonly used when Demodex mites or heavy eyelid debris are suspected. Because tea tree oil can feel strong, it is often recommended for shorter treatment courses rather than daily long‑term use.  It is VERY important to use this before bed!   Moisten lids with pad an leave on overnight for best success against Demodex.
