NutraSea DRY EYE Targeted Omega3 with GLA (120)
I am increasingly recommending high potency Omega 3 with GLA (Gamma linolenic acid). I am finding in-clinic that GLA is very helpful above and beyond good quality Omega 3 for chronic dry eyes.
Natures Way has put together a great, dry eye targeted soft gels. Although label says 4, I recommend 3 capsules per day. No-fishy taste, cost effective with a big punch - I highly recommend the NutraSea Dry Eye product.

Bottle contains 120 Soft Gels and each capsule has 300 mg of EPA, 75 mg of DHA, and 37.5 mg of GLA to help relieve the symptoms of dry eye syndrome.
Fresh mint flavour.
I recommended three (3) soft gels per day which totals 1125mg (EPA+DHA) and 112.5 of GLA. This bottle is a 40 day supply.
